Craps Dice Odds
Ever time you throw the dice you get a different combination of numbers. This combination of two numbers is called the dice score. For example an 11 can be scored by throwing a 6 and 5.
By knowing the number of combinations there are to get a certain number, you will also know the chances of the next roll being the number you want. Knowing the dice odds and probabilities are very important to both new players and pros.
As you can see from the table below that playing the 7 has the most combinations and therefore the chances of a 7 being rolled has the highest odds. Because each number has a different probability of being rolled, the odds are computed on these combinations. The most preferred bets are the Don't Pass / Don't Come lines, Pass Line / Come Bet and placing bets on the 6 or 8.
